Summary

This study tests whether a new drug, mosunetuzumab, works better alone or combined with either zanubrutinib or polatuzumab vedotin for people with marginal zone lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 138 adults will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups. The goal is to see which combination leads to more complete remissions.
