First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding movement control exercises and a type of deep massage (fascial manipulation) to standard rehab helps people with long-term low back pain. About 250 adults will be split into groups to compare different treatments. The goal is to see if these extra therapies improve daily function, reduce pain, and lessen fear of movement.
