New movement therapy shows promise for Short-Term pain relief

Summary
This study tested a rehabilitation program called MOVE for people with recent muscle or joint pain (lasting up to 12 weeks). 40 adults followed the program for 8 weeks to see if it reduced pain and improved movement. The goal was to help people recover faster without medication or surgery.
