New IgE antibody trial targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called MOv18 IgE in people with advanced ovarian, endometrial, or triple-negative breast cancers that have high levels of a protein called folate receptor alpha. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, checking how well the drug works. About 45 participants will be enrolled to see if this treatment can help control these difficult-to-treat cancers.
