Summary
This study aims to see if using a specific antimicrobial mouthrinse twice daily for six months can help reduce plaque buildup and improve gum health in adults. It will involve 90 participants who already have some plaque and mild gum inflammation. Researchers will measure changes in gum health and plaque levels over the study period to compare the mouthrinse's effectiveness.
