Summary
This study tests whether an antimicrobial mouthrinse can reduce plaque buildup and improve gum health in people with gingivitis. About 90 adults will brush and rinse twice daily for 6 months, with checkups every 3 months. The goal is to see if the rinse helps gums become healthier and less inflamed.
