First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests if a custom mouth device that gently moves the lower jaw forward during sleep can improve sleep quality, heart rate, and oxygen levels. Researchers will compare it to a placebo device in 24 healthy adults aged 40-65. Participants wear each device for several weeks while a wrist monitor tracks their sleep.
