This study tests whether a 15-week program combining intensive hand-arm and leg therapy with strength training can improve motor skills in children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Five children on stable disease-modifying drugs will attend one 6-hour session each weekend. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps with daily movements.
