Summary
This study aimed to understand how well healthy people can mentally picture themselves moving, a skill used in physical therapy. Researchers measured this 'motor imagery' ability in 37 healthy adults and explored its connection to their general body awareness and sense of joint position. The goal was to gather basic knowledge, not to test a treatment.
