NCT ID NCT07612371

First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding motor imagery (mentally practicing movements) and action observation (watching movements) to standard physical therapy can improve gross motor function, upper limb skills, and quality of life in 48 children aged 7-16 with unilateral cerebral palsy. Participants will continue their usual rehab and receive the extra therapies over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if these mind-based techniques can enhance real-world abilities and daily participation.
