NCT ID NCT05144373
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at 51 infants with Down syndrome, ages 7 to 36 months, to see how early motor skills (like reaching and crawling) affect their thinking, language, and use of gestures. Researchers observed babies during play and tested their development over time. The goal was to understand if giving babies more chances to move helps them learn and communicate better.
