Summary

This study tests whether combining treadmill walking with virtual reality challenges can improve both movement and thinking in older adults with motoric cognitive risk syndrome—a condition that raises dementia risk. Ten participants will do 18 sessions over six weeks, either on a VR treadmill or a standard treadmill. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, thinking skills, and daily activity.
