NCT ID NCT06202937
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mother-baby yoga program could help mothers of preterm infants feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed, and improve their bond with their baby. Sixty mothers and their preterm babies (born before 37 weeks) who had been discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit took part. The yoga sessions were designed to reduce feelings of having a 'fragile baby' and boost maternal attachment.
