Summary
This study tests a drug called mosunetuzumab in 30 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who still have detectable cancer cells despite taking standard BTK inhibitor therapy for at least 6 months. The drug is a bispecific antibody designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. The main goal is to see if it is safe and can clear the remaining disease.
