New hope for advanced breast cancer: umbrella trial tests multiple drug combos

Summary
This study is for people with advanced ER-positive breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It tests several different drug combinations to see which ones work best and are safe. About 316 participants will be assigned to different treatment groups based on their cancer type and previous treatments. The goal is to find better ways to control the cancer and slow its growth.
