Brain cancer study asks: is morning or evening chemo better?

NCT ID NCT06850766

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking the chemotherapy drug temozolomide at a specific time of day (morning vs evening) helps people with a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. About 50 adults who have already had surgery and radiation will be randomly assigned to take their chemo in the morning or evening. The main goal is to see if sticking to a set time is practical and to gather information for a larger future study.
