Summary
This study is testing whether a simple daily habit—standing outside for 15 minutes each morning—can improve mood and reduce stress. Over 30 days, 100 participants in the US will track their feelings using online surveys. The goal is to see if this free, natural routine can be a helpful tool for supporting mental health.
