Summary
This study aims to describe moral injury—the deep distress from a mismatch between personal values and workplace reality—among 3,073 healthcare workers in France. Researchers will use surveys to measure moral injury and burnout, then build a model to identify key risk factors. The goal is to inform systemic changes that improve well-being, rather than just offering individual coping strategies.
