First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study compares monthly blood tests for a nerve damage marker (NfL) against standard yearly MRI scans in people with relapsing-remitting MS. The goal is to see if the blood test can catch hidden disease activity sooner, allowing faster treatment changes. About 84 participants will be monitored for up to 24 months.
