First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to monitor leg ulcers caused by vein problems. The system uses a special bandage with sensors, a measurement device, and a phone app to track healing. About 20 adults with a chronic leg ulcer will try it out. The goal is to see if the new method matches standard wound measurements.
