Sticky patch on neck could replace wires for surgery temperature checks

Summary
This study will test a new, non-invasive patch placed on the neck that continuously estimates core body temperature during surgery. The goal is to see if the patch is as accurate as standard temperature probes placed in the esophagus or bladder. About 30 adults having planned surgery will participate.
