New drug combo aims to improve stem cell transplants for rare bone marrow cancer

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether the drug momelotinib can be safely given to people with myelofibrosis during and after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to find the best dose that limits side effects. About 28 adults with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis will take part.
