NCT ID NCT07535580
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested a modified Single-J ureteric stent designed to cause less discomfort than the standard Double-J stent after kidney stone surgery. 28 adults who already had a stent placed before surgery received the modified stent during their procedure. Researchers compared symptom scores and checked if the stent moved out of place, finding it may offer a more comfortable option.
