Phone app aims to slash high blood pressure in black men

Summary
This study tests if a smartphone-based stress management program can help Black men with high blood pressure lower their numbers. About 135 men will use either a special text-and-video program or a standard online course for 3 months. Researchers will check blood pressure and stress levels at the start and after 6 months to see which approach works better.
