Summary

This study looks at whether a video-based smartphone app can help reduce stigma and mistrust around mental health care for Black adults who have depression or anxiety. About 90 people aged 18-45 who haven't seen a therapist in the past year will try the app. The goal is to see if the app makes it easier for them to seek help.
