First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether using short, mobile-friendly lessons (micro-learning) can improve critical care nurses' self-confidence, motivation, and stress levels after performing CPR. One hundred nurses with at least one year of ICU experience took part. The goal was to see if this easy-to-access training method helps nurses feel better prepared and less stressed after a resuscitation event.
