Summary
This study tested whether automated text reminders, real-time phone call reminders, motivational counseling, and targeted vaccine drives could help more children complete their routine vaccinations on time. Over 2,800 parents or caregivers in a low-resource setting participated. The goal was to improve completion rates for key vaccines like DPT3 and measles by 15 months of age.
