First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health bundle—including automated appointment reminders, real-time phone call reminders, motivational interviewing, and targeted vaccine drives—could improve routine childhood vaccine completion rates in a low-resource setting. Over 2,800 parents or caregivers of children receiving their first vaccine participated. The main goal was to see if more children completed the DPT3 and measles vaccine series by 15 months of age.
