Phone app aims to fight stigma and stop HIV spread

Summary

This study is testing a mobile phone app designed to reduce stigma and encourage the use of HIV prevention medication (PrEP) among young transgender women in Thailand. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps people start and stick with their PrEP medication. Researchers will enroll about 154 participants to test the app's effectiveness.
