Summary
This study is testing a new mobile phone app designed to help doctors in Tanzania choose the most effective antibiotics for their patients. The goal is to fight antibiotic resistance by improving how antibiotics are prescribed in hospitals. The study will compare antibiotic use and patient outcomes at one hospital using the app against another hospital that does not.
