Summary
This study is testing a mobile health app designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of veterans with spinal cord injuries and their family caregivers. Researchers are working directly with 100 veterans and caregivers to adapt the app to their specific needs. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for managing the psychological challenges that come with this type of injury and caregiving.
