Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app called GGOC-AD could help reduce obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms in teenagers aged 15 to 18. About 94 teens used the app for 14 days, and researchers measured changes in their OCD-related beliefs and symptoms. The goal was to see if the app could be a helpful tool for managing OCD in everyday life.
