This study tested whether a mobile app called GGOC-AD could reduce obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms in teens aged 15 to 18. About 94 adolescents used the app for 14 days, and researchers checked for changes in obsessive beliefs and symptoms. The goal was to see if the app could be a helpful tool for mental health support.
