Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app that provides education, nurse counseling, and monitoring can help adults with a new stoma (ileostomy or colostomy) adapt better and improve their quality of life. About 66 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the app plus standard care or standard care alone. Their progress will be tracked for six months using questionnaires about stoma adjustment and quality of life.
