Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app designed for people with rheumatoid arthritis can improve quality of life and reduce disease activity. 90 adults with stable rheumatoid arthritis used the app for 12 weeks or received routine care. The app provided evidence-based recommendations to help manage the condition.
