Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called Cardio2U that helps people with atrial fibrillation or heart failure manage their condition from home. Researchers want to see if patients find the app easy to use, satisfying, and whether they stick with it over time. The study will enroll 200 adults who have a smartphone or tablet and can read Dutch.
