Summary
This study tests a mobile app designed to help teenage girls ages 14-18 eat more fruits and vegetables. Over one year, 150 girls will use the app twice a week to learn how to manage food cravings. Researchers will measure changes in diet quality, weight, waist size, and blood sugar compared to a control group that receives fun food facts.
