Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people with long-term low back pain do their home exercises more consistently. Fifty adults will either get a printed exercise plan or use an app with videos and reminders. After six weeks, researchers will check pain, balance, posture, and daily function to see if the app makes a difference.
