First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested whether using a mobile health app (Undermyfork) along with a continuous glucose monitor (Dexcom G7) helps people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar better than standard care. About 91 adults with type 2 diabetes who were not on rapid-acting insulin took part. The goal was to see if real-time glucose tracking and personalized diet tips could improve average blood sugar levels and reduce complications.
