New combo therapy aims to outsmart resistant cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez) combined with other cancer medicines for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. About 305 adults will take part to see if the combination is safe, tolerable, and effective. The goal is to find better options for those who have run out of effective therapies.
