Summary

This early-stage study is testing a combination of three drugs (alisertib, bortezomib, and rituximab) in about 24 people with mantle cell or low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose of the new drugs and see how well they work together to control the cancer. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the disease.
