First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called ML261 for people with small cell lung cancer or certain neuroendocrine cancers that have come back or stopped responding to standard therapy. ML261 uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also looking at whether the treatment can shrink tumors.
