Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called MK-1200 in people with advanced cancers of the stomach, esophagus, bile ducts, and pancreas who had already tried all other available treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors. Only 13 participants were enrolled to first test safety and then look for early signs that the treatment might work.
