Virtual reality enters the delivery room: can High-Tech training make better midwives?
NCT ID NCT07238205
Summary
This study is testing whether a mixed reality training program is a better way to teach midwifery students how to assess the cervix during labor. Researchers will compare students who learn with the mixed reality tool to those who get traditional training, measuring how accurately they perform exams on real pregnant women. The study also looks at whether the high-tech training is easier to learn from and improves students' feelings about their future profession.
