Can mirror exercises ease teen back pain?
NCT ID NCT06864832
Summary
This study tested whether a special 'mirror-image' exercise program could help teenagers with long-term low back pain. 60 adolescents with chronic back pain were split into two groups: one tried the new mirror exercises, while the other did traditional exercises. Researchers measured changes in pain, posture, and daily function to see which approach worked better.
