Summary

This study tested a special type of exercise called mirror-image exercise for teenagers with long-term low back pain. Sixty teens were split into two groups: one did mirror exercises to correct posture, and the other did standard exercises. The goal was to see if mirror exercises could reduce pain, improve posture, and help with daily activities.
