NCT ID NCT05632055
First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This observational study compares two substances (miRNA and FGF21) in the blood of 160 pregnant women during their first trimester. Researchers want to see if these markers differ between women who later develop gestational diabetes and those who do not. Participants give a blood sample early in pregnancy and take a glucose test between 24-28 weeks. The goal is to improve early prediction of gestational diabetes.
