Summary
This study tests if mirikizumab can reduce symptoms like frequent bowel movements and urgency in adults with chronic pouch inflammation. About 25 participants will receive the drug every 4 weeks for a year and track their symptoms. The goal is to see if the treatment helps control the condition.
