Summary

This study is testing a smartphone app called MiREA-AC to help college students who drink heavily or use cannabis. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and can reduce alcohol and cannabis use. About 150 students will try the app for two weeks and report their drinking and drug use. The app is designed to be a simple, low-cost way to help students make healthier choices.
