NCT ID NCT07061951

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 42 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called mirdametinib in people whose chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The drug blocks a protein that helps cancer cells grow. About 20 participants will take the drug to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. The goal is to find a new option for patients who have run out of effective treatments.
