Summary

This study tests whether mirabegron, tamsulosin, or both can help people pass ureteral stones faster and with less pain compared to standard care. About 500 adults with stones between 4 and 10 mm will be randomly assigned to one of four treatment groups. The main goal is to see how many stones pass within 4 weeks, and the study also tracks pain levels and side effects.
